Winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony on Wednesday, September 23 at the Metropolitan Ballroom & Clubroom.

Qualifications:

• All projects must be new construction (other than Repositioned/Renovated).
• Must be substantially complete between June 1, 2025 and May 31, 2026.
• Must be submitted by a NAIOP member company.
