THE RESULTS ARE IN – Congratulations to the top 3 teams!

2. University of St. Thomas | Project: Riverfront Commons
3. University of Minnesota | Project: New Northeast Redevelopment

Student teams researched and pitched redevelopments for the Graco Minneapolis Riverfront Campus. The teams had to address a development plan, construction timeline, budget, pro-forma, leasing plan and schedule, financing plan and market analysis.
